Fast, Easy Process:
1.Request through our e-mail form and wait to receive an e-mail confirmation. We will review your request in detail and provide positive verification that we can perform the repair on your laptop.
2. Ship your laptop to our IT LAB using our convenient laptop shipping instructions.
3. We will e-mail a detailed diagnosis and parts and labor estimate within 3 business days of receiving your laptop.
4. After receiving your approval for the repair, the repair will be completed the next business day (depending on parts availability).
5. We will ship the laptop back to you.You will have the choice of shipping options at the time you approve the repair.
A diagnosis is performed on all laptops received to verify the problem and determine whether a part replacement is required or if their is a software conflict. Diagnosis is free if you choose to complete the repair. If you choose not to complete the laptop repairs the diagnostic and energy charge applies.
The diagnosis and parts pricing have been completed. If possible, we will give you multiple alternatives for laptop or notebook part replacement, including used, refurbished and/or factory direct pricing options.

Service Fees do not include parts charges.
Due to the volumes, fast turnaround usually takes 3-7 working days,longer if we are awaiting parts. All our customers are notified regularly on the progress of repairs. Once a fault is found no repair work is carried out until our customer gives us the thumbs up to go ahead.
No fix no fee, you only pay £25.00 for the diagnosis if you decide not to have the repairs done.
Any hardware problems fixed by us comes with a three months warranty on the specific problem repaired.
